LCHF-Lasagne i repris

Ett av mina favoritrecept är min goda LCHF- Lasagne som jag tänkte ni kunde få repris på, så fler kan testa att laga den.

Recept LCHF lasagne plattor;
4 ägg
125 g Philadelphiaost
1/2 dl fiberhusk
1 krm salt
 
Sätt ugnen på 150 grader.
Vispa äggen poröst. Blanda i Philadelphiaosten, fiberhusken och salt. Vispa så att det blir en slät smet.
Fördela ut smeten på två bakplåtspapper och lägg över ett inoljat bakplåtspapper. Kavla försiktigt ut smeten så att den blir så tunn som möjligt. Smeten tjocknar fort, så bred ut den litegrann över bakplåtspapperet med sked och använd sedan kaveln enligt instruktion ovan.
Låt stå och vila i fem minuter.

Grädda med papperet under mitt i ugnen 150 g i ca 10 minuter.
Ta sedan bort bakplåtspapperet och skär i lagom stora plattor när det svalnat något.

Recept köttfärssås 6 portioner;
500 g nötfärs
Smör till stekning
1 gullök
3 vitlöksklyftor
 burk krossade tomater
1 dl tomatpure
2 dl crème fraiche
1 dl grädde
Salt/peppar
1/2 buljongtärning
1 tsk lökpulver 
2 tsk basilika
2 tsk paprika pulver
100g riven ost 
 
Stek köttfärsen i smör och finhacka den gula löken och vitlöken och tillsätt krossad tomat och tomatpure. Häll i crème fraiche och vispgrädde. Smaka av med alla kryddorna efter eget tycke och smak.
 
Häll lite av såsen i en smord ugnsform och varva köttfärssås och lasagneplattor. Avsluta med sås och riven ost.

Grädda i ca 20 minuter.
Ha gärna riven parmesan och en klick crème fraiche till.
